Travel itinerary

Well, because some people were asking what the specifics of my itinerary are, here is the NW Airlines itinerary. And the Air Asia itinerary. ill be leaving on the 20th of this month. And I arrive in Singapore on the 22nd in the early hours of the morning. Then afterwards ill be taking a train to Kuala Lumpur, and then up the east coast of Malaysia. After some time ill be heading back to the capital of Kuala Lumpur, and over to Borneo(an island that is shared with Indonesia). And then I pretty much am going to make it up from there.

In other news my camera is going to be coming on Monday, and last day at work is going to be on wensday. So I'm planning on taking pictures of friends in Oregon. And I also plan to take a photo tour of Portland for the people who unfortunately can't be here.

more camera accessories

today i bought a compact tripod at a total of 32.99, so when i tabulate the accessories for my camera i get the following

and adapter $52.00

total: $358.55

because of this, i decided that ill need to work an extra day, so my last day at work is going to be on wensday, but at least the bonus at work i got of $75 is covering a little for the price i shelled out for tha camera. but ill need to watch my expenditures for a while, so im going to periodically blog how much money i got left in my account.

The beginning of something new

Well, as some of you may or may not know, I'm getting ready to take off here soon, and its just a matter of bringing everything together and tieing up loose ends. So for my travels, so everyone knows what I'm doing, I've created this blog. I plan to find a good way to post pictures up here, and ill try to update it AT LEAST once a week, if not more.

Now as for the pictures I bought a new camera. Its a Toshiba PDR M-700. You can see the auction I bought it at here the nice features I like is that it 1. Has a nice f2.8-f3.1 lens made by Canon 2. That it has a 2.5 inch LCD screen 3. The 10x zoom is always a nice thing to have. Also for the camera I bought a 256mb module of flash memory. Some Ni-Mh batteries, a charger and an international adapter to charge them with. Now all thats left is that i have to find some way to get all of these pictures onto the blog itself.
