Despite the pain, i feel so good.
150BPM!!! What I'm actually referring to is actually how fast I can hit the speedball in gym. And for many people it may seem like an arbitrary number, but to me, I means that I am actually getting somewhere in my gym classes. Slowly but surely, I've noticed that my back is arching less, I feel more healthy and my coordination is improving, hence 150bpm.
I have a lot of people to thank, but most of all I have to thank Dee, because I wouldn’t have even joined gym if it weren’t for her. Also Tatiana, my gym instructor (who is only 1 of 2 certified Malaysian pilates instructors) I have too to thank. And not by the least, Leo, who has taken so much of his time to properly teach and motivate me.
As for other things recently, I have taken some effort to actually make my blog less of a method of storing my travel logs, but actually as method of referencing information having to do with my travels.
As some people may have noticed, I've added a few things to the sidebar. First of which is the Locations traveled, where I intend to link either blog entries, or WebPages that specifically talk about each location in detail. Further down is a list of my previous posts, which has always been there. Afterwards is a handy index of all of my photo albums (some require passwords), so that people can more continentally access my photos. Though I have no new ones because I haven’t done anything new recently, (except nearly fall through a broken window), And I didn’t even get a photo of that. Last but not least I have webpages that are worth honorable mention.
Anyhow, maybe time will tell where else my path will lead.
